Stout's Carpet

Family owned and operated. Established in 1976 by James Stout. James worked in a factory and started a side carpet gig out of his carport. Selling and installing carpet in homes after he got off from his 9-5. Upon retirement he handed the business off to his son Brian Stout who is the owner today. In 2024 he bought Pontotoc Flooring which was also a family owned and run business since ‘79.

In our experience helping with renovations, we came to realize the importance of knowledgeable vendors who sell high-quality materials and offer full-service installation. We wanted to ensure that customers’ and designers’ imaginations would not go to waste — that their visions, even when ambitious, could be realized.
